(NASDAQ: DXST) announced plans to introduce a tiered subscription service model with AI-assisted health management and smart devices across its Suncare platform, which operates 623 community service locations with approximately 200,000 paid members as of August 2026. The company is shifting focus from network expansion to deepening service offerings through three subscription tiers (Essential Health Management at ~RMB 500/month, Enhanced Home Health Services at ~RMB 1,990/month, and Advanced Assisted Care at ~RMB 2,990/month). The rollout will be gradual through selected locations, with services provided by third-party healthcare providers rather than the company itself.
