Dassault Systèmes to acquire ArisGlobal, creating a unified AI intelligence platform for the Life Sciences industry connecting molecule, patient and real-world outcomes

Dassault Systèmes announced the acquisition of ArisGlobal for approximately $1.8 billion in cash plus up to $200 million in milestone-based consideration. The deal combines ArisGlobal's AI-native compliance platform serving 200+ customers with Dassault Systèmes' domain expertise in drug discovery and manufacturing, creating a unified intelligence platform for the Life Sciences industry. The transaction is expected to close in H2 2026 and be accretive to revenue growth and EPS in Year 1.
