Dassault Systèmes announced the acquisition of ArisGlobal for approximately $1.8 billion in cash, plus up to $200 million in performance-based earnouts. The deal combines Dassault's expertise in R&D, clinical development, and manufacturing with ArisGlobal's AI-native compliance platform serving over 200 life sciences clients. The acquisition is expected to be accretive to earnings per share in the first year and create a unified AI intelligence platform for the life sciences industry.
