Darolutamide plus ADT and radiation therapy reduces risk of metastasis or death by 58% in prostate cancer patients at high risk of recurrence

Interim analysis of the Phase 3 DASL-HiCaP trial shows that darolutamide combined with androgen deprivation therapy and radiation therapy reduces the risk of metastasis or death by 58% in high-risk prostate cancer patients, achieving a 4-year metastasis-free survival rate of 95% versus 88% with placebo. The safety profile was consistent with previous studies.
