The MICHELIN Guide Dubai released its 5th edition featuring 122 restaurants across 38 cuisines, nearly doubling since its debut. Orfali Bros received an upgrade to two stars, while FZN by Björn Frantzén and Trèsind Studio maintained their three-star status. The guide added 19 new establishments including two one-star restaurants (KIGO and Birch), four Bib Gourmand restaurants, and 13 selected restaurants, reflecting Dubai's growing culinary scene and local talent emergence.
