CytoDyn Appoints Robert E. Hoffman as Chief Executive Officer

CytoDyn Inc. announced the appointment of Robert E. Hoffman as Chief Executive Officer effective October 20, 2026, replacing Dr. Jacob Lalezari who served in the role since November 2023.
