Curium Announces Definitive Agreement to Merge with Lantheus

Curium US has agreed to acquire Lantheus Holdings for $102.50 per share in cash at closing, plus up to $12.00 per share in contingent value rights, valuing the transaction at up to $8.0 billion. The combination aims to create a comprehensive radiopharmaceutical company spanning diagnostics and therapeutics across more than 70 countries, with the deal expected to close in the first half of 2027.
