Cullinan Therapeutics Advances Velinotamig into Global Clinical Development for Autoimmune Cytopenias Following IND Clearance by the U.S. FDA

Cullinan Therapeutics announced FDA and Australian regulatory clearance to initiate a Phase 1b/2a clinical trial of velinotamig, a BCMAxCD3 T cell engager, in patients with relapsing and refractory immune thrombocytopenia (ITP) and warm autoimmune hemolytic anemia (wAIHA). The study will evaluate the safety, tolerability, and clinical activity of the subcutaneous treatment designed to deplete antibody-producing plasma cells in these serious autoimmune blood disorders.
