Crinetics Presents Full Results From Phase 2 Trial of Atumelnant in Congenital Adrenal Hyperplasia (CAH) in Oral Presentation at ENDO 2026

Crinetics Pharmaceuticals announced positive Phase 2 trial results for atumelnant, an oral ACTH receptor antagonist for treating congenital adrenal hyperplasia (CAH). The drug demonstrated sustained androgen reductions while enabling patients to lower glucocorticoid supplementation to physiologically normal levels. Additional Phase 1b/2a data in ACTH-dependent Cushing's syndrome showed rapid cortisol reduction. The company is advancing atumelnant into late-phase clinical development with Phase 3 trials already underway.
