CREDIT AGRICOLE SA : Le Crédit Agricole accélère son développement en Allemagne et signe un accord en vue de l’acquisition de IKB Deutsche Industriebank

Crédit Agricole has signed an agreement to acquire 100% of IKB Deutsche Industriebank AG from Lone Star Funds, marking a major expansion of its German operations. The acquisition will strengthen Crédit Agricole's presence in the mid-market segment (ETI) and support its ACT 2028 strategic plan. The transaction is expected to close by end of Q2 2027 and will have a negative impact of approximately 20 basis points on Crédit Agricole's CET1 ratio.
