Cosmos Health Inc. (NASDAQ: COSM) announced a non-binding letter of intent to acquire 100% of Doc Pharma S.A., a European GMP-licensed pharmaceutical manufacturer. The acquisition is expected to be immediately accretive, expanding Cosmos Health's asset base by approximately $24 million, adding $6.7 million in average annual revenue and $3.2 million in gross profit. The deal aims to deepen vertical integration, improve margins, expand production capacity, and strengthen the company's R&D capabilities.
