Composition of the Board of Directors’ Committees

Nexans' Board of Directors appointed Antonio Cammisecra to three committees, Thierry Fournier to two committees, and Marc Grynberg as Chairman of the Strategy and Sustainable Development Committee. The appointments maintain strong independence rates across all committees, with the Accounts, Audit and Risk Committee achieving 100% independence.
