Composition of Sanoma’s Shareholders’ Nomination Committee

Sanoma Corporation has appointed members to its Shareholders' Nomination Committee on June 12, 2026, representing the company's four largest shareholders. The committee, chaired by Juhani Mäkinen, will prepare proposals for the Board of Directors' composition and remuneration for the 2027 Annual General Meeting. Additionally, Timo Lappalainen, Chair of the Board, has acquired Sanoma shares.
