Communiqué Orange : Signature d’un protocole d’accord en vue de l’acquisition de SFR

A consortium of Bouygues Telecom, Free-Groupe iliad, and Orange has signed an agreement to acquire SFR from Altice France for €20.35 billion. The transaction aims to create a more competitive and resilient telecom ecosystem in France, with each operator acquiring specific customer bases and assets. The deal is subject to regulatory approval and is expected to close in the second half of 2027. Employment guarantees until early 2029 have been provided for SFR employees.
