[Communiqué de presse Groupe iliad ] Projet d’acquisition de SFR : Free franchit une nouvelle étape

Free (Groupe iliad) has signed an agreement with Altice France, alongside Bouygues Telecom and Orange, to acquire SFR. The deal would add over 8 million subscribers to Free, bringing its total to approximately 31 million in France, and include 50 MHz of additional spectrum. The acquisition is valued at €20.35 billion in enterprise value, with Free's share at €6.2 billion. The transaction is subject to regulatory approval and employee consultation.
