Climb Bio Presents Initial PrisMN Phase 2 Data from Budoprutug in pMN at an Oral Session at ASN Kidney Week 2026

Climb Bio announced Phase 2 data for budoprutug, an anti-CD19 monoclonal antibody, showing promising results in primary membranous nephropathy (pMN) treatment. The 200 mg dose demonstrated B-cell depletion, 70% PLA2R antibody reduction, and immunologic remission at 12 weeks. Higher 600 mg doses showed greater drug exposure and deeper B-cell depletion. The drug was generally well-tolerated with no serious adverse events. A separate case study showed sustained three-year steroid-free remission in a minimal change disease patient.
