Circle Secures $100M Binance Investment to Expand USDC Access

Circle Internet Group has secured a $100 million strategic equity investment from Binance through a private stock placement. Under a five-year commercial agreement, Binance will promote and integrate USDC across its platform while Circle provides infrastructure for the stablecoin. The partnership aims to expand USDC access in emerging markets. Circle's USDC business continues to grow with $73.3 billion in circulation (up 19% YoY) and $14.8 trillion in quarterly on-chain transaction volume (up 151%).
