Changes in Nokia Corporation's own shares

Nokia Corporation transferred 3,635,260 of its own shares to participants of equity-based incentive plans on August 27, 2026, in accordance with board-approved settlement of plan commitments. Following the transfer, Nokia holds 83,991,222 own shares.
