Changes in Nokia Corporation's own shares

Nokia Corporation transferred 687,145 of its own shares to participants of equity-based incentive plans on September 8, 2026, in accordance with Board resolution from October 2025. Following the transfer, Nokia holds 83,304,077 own shares. The transfer settles the company's commitments under its incentive compensation programs.
