Cerebras and Compute Nordic Finland Announce New 165 MW AI Data Centre in Mikkeli, Finland

Cerebras Systems announced a partnership with Compute Nordic Finland to build a new AI data centre in Mikkeli, Finland. The facility will scale to 165 MW of contracted IT capacity across phases, with the initial 50 MW phase already under construction. The project is backed by seven-year service contracts and is estimated to bring €1.0–1.7 billion in regional investment, supporting 80–250 permanent jobs. The facility is designed for efficiency with closed-loop cooling systems and waste-heat recovery capabilities.
