Century Fire Protection Acquires A&A Fire Protection

FirstService Corporation announced that its subsidiary Century Fire Protection has acquired A&A Fire Protection, LLC, a South Carolina-based fire sprinkler services provider founded in 1977. The acquisition expands Century's presence in the Carolina markets and strengthens its fire sprinkler and alarm capabilities. A&A's President Jake Gilstrap will continue leading operations with a retained minority equity stake.
