Celcuity Presents Updated Results from the PIK3CA MT Cohort of the Phase 3 VIKTORIA-1 Study in Patients with HR+/HER2- Advanced Breast Cancer at the ESMO Congress 2026

Celcuity announced updated subgroup analyses from the Phase 3 VIKTORIA-1 study showing that gedatolisib triplet and doublet regimens significantly improved median progression-free survival compared to alpelisib plus fulvestrant in HR+/HER2- advanced breast cancer patients with PIK3CA mutations. The gedatolisib triplet achieved 21.5 months median PFS in patients without liver metastases versus 9.1 months for alpelisib, with lower discontinuation rates due to adverse events (5% vs 19%).
