Caribou Biosciences to Participate in the H.C. Wainwright 4th Annual Cell Therapy Virtual Conference

Caribou Biosciences announced positive clinical data for its CRISPR-based CAR-T cell therapies. Vispa-cel demonstrated an 82% overall response rate and 67% complete response rate in second-line large B cell lymphoma patients with a 17.1-month median progression-free survival. CB-011 showed an 83% complete response rate and 91% MRD negativity in heavily pretreated multiple myeloma patients, with 50% maintaining complete response at 15 months.
