Caribou Biosciences Reports Dose Escalation Durability Data for CB-011 at the 2026 European Hematology Association (EHA) Annual Meeting

Caribou Biosciences reported positive clinical data for CB-011, its off-the-shelf BCMA-targeted CAR-T cell therapy for relapsed/refractory multiple myeloma. In 12 BCMA-naïve patients at the recommended dose, CB-011 achieved 83% complete response rate, 91% MRD negativity, and 50% of patients remained in complete response at 15 months with a manageable safety profile. The company also presented a case study of a patient previously treated with an approved CAR-T therapy who achieved complete response with CB-011. Dose expansion data is expected in H2 2026.
