Capital Increase in Genmab as a Result of Employee Warrant Exercise

Genmab A/S announced a capital increase of 28,011 shares resulting from employee warrant exercises, raising approximately DKK 44.3 million. The new shares represent 0.04% of the company's share capital and will be listed on Nasdaq Copenhagen. The total nominal share capital after the increase is DKK 62,405,855.
