Capital Bank Appoints Jay Como as Chief Operating Officer

Capital Bank, N.A. announced the appointment of James 'Jay' Como III as Chief Operating Officer. Como brings over two decades of financial services leadership experience, most recently from T. Rowe Price where he led global data governance and AI initiatives. He will focus on modernizing operations, strengthening coordination, and leveraging data, automation, and AI across the organization.
