California Water Service Kicks Off Back-to-School Season With 13th Year of Tap Into Learning Program

California Water Service launched its 13th annual Tap Into Learning program for the 2026-27 school year, offering water conservation education to K-12 students across its service areas. The program includes field trips, art competitions, grants for classroom projects, and conservation pledges. In the previous year, the program received 138 entries and awarded 12 field trip experiences, 10 art prizes, and 10 grants.
