California Water Service and County of Tulare Complete Project to Bring Safe, Reliable Water to Harrison Road Water Users

California Water Service, in partnership with Tulare County, the State of California's Department of Water Resources, and Self-Help Enterprises, completed a water infrastructure project connecting 27 customers along Harrison Road whose wells had gone dry. The project, funded by over $1.3 million through ARPA and drought relief programs, installed approximately 2,600 feet of water pipes and five fire hydrants to extend safe drinking water access to an underserved community.
