Cabaletta Bio Presents New Rese-cel Phase 1/2 Clinical Data at ACR Convergence 2026 Featuring Immunomodulator-Free Durability and Favorable Benefit-Risk Profile Across Autoimmune Diseases

Cabaletta Bio announced positive Phase 1/2 clinical data for resecabtagene autoleucel (rese-cel), a CAR T cell therapy for autoimmune diseases. Results showed 100% of dermatomyositis patients maintained immunomodulator-free responses through one year, 100% of lupus nephritis patients achieved remission, and 71% of systemic sclerosis patients achieved improvement. The therapy demonstrated a favorable safety profile across 71 patients. Cabaletta anticipates topline results from the registrational dermatomyositis cohort in 2H27 and BLA submission in 1Q28.
