BrightSpring Health Services (BTSG) reported strong Q2 2026 results with Specialty and Infusion revenue growing 30% and scripts rising 31%, driven by branded limited distribution drugs (LDDs) and expansion into rare and orphan therapies. The company added two new LDDs, bringing its portfolio to 155 programs with 12 launched in 2026. Pharmacy Solutions adjusted EBITDA increased 44% to $180 million.
