Brookfield Agrees to Acquire Reliance Worldwide Corporation

Brookfield announced an agreement to acquire 100% of Reliance Worldwide Corporation, a global plumbing and heating solutions manufacturer, for US$3.38 per share (US$2.8 billion enterprise value). The all-cash transaction is expected to close in Q1 2027, subject to shareholder and regulatory approvals. Brookfield plans to leverage its operating expertise to support Reliance's growth in the underpenetrated push-to-connect fittings market.
