Brink's Issues Statement on CMA’s Fast-Track Announcement

The Brink's Company has agreed to propose divestiture of its NoteMachine/TestLink UK business as a remedy following the UK's Competition and Markets Authority Phase 1 decision on its acquisition of NCR Atleos Corporation. The divestiture was already contemplated in financial metrics and does not impact the expected $200 million in annual run-rate cost synergies. The NCR Atleos acquisition remains on track to close in early Q1 2027, with multiple prospective buyers expressing strong preliminary interest in the divested business.
