Brazil Potash Corp. has signed a definitive Build-Own-Operate agreement with Gera Center Amazônia to supply a 20 MW modular diesel power plant for its Autazes Potash Project in Brazil. The 28-year agreement removes approximately $33 million in upfront construction costs and is expected to deliver $10 million in net savings over the contract life, while providing reliable power during the 5-year construction phase and 23 years of backup power during operations.
