Bouygues Telecom, Free-iliad Group, and Orange have signed a Memorandum of Understanding to acquire the majority of SFR assets from Altice France for €20.35 billion. Bouygues Telecom will acquire approximately 52% of the scope, gaining around 3.8 million mobile and 2.6 million fixed customers, along with SFR's B2B business. The transaction is expected to close in H2 2027 and generate approximately €1 billion in annual synergies, pending regulatory approvals.
