Bouygues Telecom franchit une étape structurante pour son développement futur en signant, aux côtés de Free-Groupe iliad et Orange, un protocole d’accord avec Altice France en vue de l’acquisition de SFR

Bouygues Telecom, Orange, and Free-iliad have signed a memorandum of understanding with Altice France to acquire SFR for €20.35 billion in enterprise value. Bouygues Telecom would acquire approximately 52% of the assets, gaining ~3.8M mobile and ~2.6M fixed-line customers, plus SFR Business operations. The transaction is expected to generate €1 billion in annual synergies and close in H2 2027, subject to regulatory approvals and other conditions.
