Boralex Obtains Final Court Approval of the Arrangement with Brookfield and La Caisse

Boralex Inc. has obtained final court approval from the Superior Court of Québec for its plan of arrangement involving Brookfield Infrastructure Fund V and Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec. The arrangement, which also received shareholder approval on June 4, 2026, is expected to be completed by Q4 2026, subject to remaining regulatory approvals and customary closing conditions.
