Bonaventure Breaks Ground on Attain at Newtown, a 320-Unit Class A Opportunity Zone Multifamily Development in Norfolk

Bonaventure announced the groundbreaking of Attain at Newtown, a 320-unit Class A multifamily development in Norfolk, Virginia, valued at $85.3 million. The project is developed within a federally designated Qualified Opportunity Zone with financing from HUD Section 221(d)(4) loan through Greystone, in partnership with Cafritz Asset Management. First unit deliveries are expected in Fall 2027. This marks Bonaventure's second Attain groundbreaking in Hampton Roads in recent weeks, with nearly 600 new Class A apartments planned across two developments.
