Birchtech Announces Results of Voting from Annual Meeting of Stockholders

Birchtech Corp. announced the voting results from its July 23, 2026 Annual Meeting of Stockholders, with all four board nominees elected as directors. Stockholders also approved the ratification of Rosenberg Rich Baker Berman, P.A. as the independent auditor, advisory compensation approval for named executive officers, and an amendment to decrease authorized common stock shares from 150 million to 50 million.
