BioRestorative Completes Phase 2 Dosing of BRTX-100, Advancing Lead Regenerative Spine Program Toward 2027 Topline Data

BioRestorative Therapies announced completion of dosing in its Phase 2 clinical trial for BRTX-100, treating 99 patients with chronic lumbar disc disease. The randomized, double-blind, sham-controlled study has advanced to blinded follow-up with topline safety and efficacy data expected in Q2 2027. The company received FDA alignment on Phase 3 development pathway following a Type B meeting, with no clinical safety concerns raised.
