BioAge Labs Reports Second Quarter 2026 Financial Results and Provides Business Updates

BioAge Labs announced the first participant dosing in QUELL-CV, a Phase 2 trial of BGE-102, an oral NLRP3 inhibitor for patients with obesity and elevated inflammation. Phase 1 data showed BGE-102 achieved up to 98% suppression of IL-1β and 86% median hsCRP reductions. The company also plans to initiate QUELL-DME trial in diabetic macular edema in mid-2026. BioAge reported Q2 2026 net loss of $26.1 million with $381.3 million in cash, sufficient to fund operations through 2029.
