Bekaert - Update over het Inkoopprogramma van Eigen Aandelen en Liquiditeitsovereenkomst

Bekaert repurchased 51,190 shares during the week of May 21-27, 2026, as part of its €75 million buyback program announced in February 2026. The shares were purchased at an average price of €41.48 across Euronext Brussels and MTF CBOE markets. Under its liquidity agreement with Kepler Cheuvreux, Bekaert bought 600 shares and sold 3,600 shares during the same period. As of May 27, 2026, Bekaert holds 2,063,163 treasury shares, representing 4.07% of outstanding shares.
