Bekaert reports on its share buyback program for the period of August 20-26, 2026, during which Kepler Cheuvreux purchased 54,858 shares on behalf of the company for a total of €2,076,238 at an average price of €37.85. Under the liquidity agreement, 2,900 shares were bought and 3,891 shares were sold. As of August 26, 2026, Bekaert holds 2,093,484 treasury shares, representing 4.18% of total outstanding shares.
