Bekaert announced the completion of its share buyback program for the period of July 30 to August 5, 2026, purchasing 50,500 shares at an average price of €39.40 per share for a total of €1,989,715. Under its liquidity agreement with Kepler Cheuvreux, the company bought 4,996 shares and sold 2,400 shares during the same period. As of August 5, 2026, Bekaert holds 1,927,686 treasury shares, representing 3.85% of total outstanding shares.
