Bekaert reports on its share buyback program for the period of July 16-22, 2026, during which Kepler Cheuvreux purchased 50,000 shares at an average price of €41.15 per share for a total of €2,057,558. Under the liquidity agreement, 1,576 shares were bought and 2,402 shares were sold. As of July 22, 2026, Bekaert holds 1,829,100 treasury shares, representing 3.65% of outstanding shares.
