Bekaert: Update on the Share Buyback Program and the Liquidity Agreement

Bekaert repurchased 36,673 shares during the week of 29 October to 4 November 2026 as part of its €75 million buyback program announced in February 2026. The shares were purchased at an average price of €40.60, with a total expenditure of €1.49 million. Under its liquidity agreement with Kepler Cheuvreux, Bekaert bought 2,234 shares and sold 2,001 shares during the same period. As of 4 November 2026, Bekaert holds 1,869,367 own shares, representing 3.79% of outstanding shares.
