Bekaert: Update on the Share Buyback Program and the Liquidity Agreement

Bekaert announced the completion of its share buyback program for the week of 20-26 August 2026, repurchasing 54,858 shares at an average price of €37.85 per share for a total of €2,076,238. Under its liquidity agreement with Kepler Cheuvreux, the company bought 2,900 shares and sold 3,891 shares during the same period. As of 26 August 2026, Bekaert holds 2,093,484 own shares, representing 4.18% of outstanding shares.
