Bekaert - Update on the Share Buyback Program and Liquidity Agreement

Bekaert announced the repurchase of 47,727 shares during the period from 28 May 2026 to 3 June 2026 under its €75 million share buyback program initiated on 26 February 2026. The shares were purchased at an average price of €41.76, with a total consideration of €1,993,085. Additionally, under its liquidity agreement with Kepler Cheuvreux, Bekaert bought 2,400 shares and sold 1,600 shares during the same period. As of 3 June 2026, Bekaert holds 2,092,483 own shares, representing 4.13% of outstanding shares.
