Bath & Body Works opened its first Feel Good concept store in Charlotte, North Carolina, with additional locations planned in Columbus, Ohio and Miami, Florida this fall. The new format features an open floorplan, clearer product information, hands-on testing stations, and a digital Fragrance Finder to enhance fragrance discovery and streamline the shopping experience.
