Axsome Therapeutics Initiates FOCUS-3 Phase 3 Trial of Solriamfetol in Adolescents with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)

Axsome Therapeutics announced the initiation of the FOCUS-3 Phase 3 trial evaluating solriamfetol for treating ADHD in adolescents aged 12-17. The randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled trial will enroll approximately 468 patients across multiple centers over 6 weeks, with the primary endpoint measuring changes in ADHD Rating Scale scores.
