Avacta Highlights pre|CISION® Platform Data and Ongoing FOCUS-01 Trial Design with FAP-Exd (AVA6103)

Avacta Therapeutics announced preclinical data demonstrating that AVA6103, a FAP-activated peptide-drug conjugate, shows superior antitumor activity compared to Enhertu in HER2+/FAP+ gastric tumors that progressed after Enhertu treatment. The FOCUS-01 Phase 1 trial is progressing well with a favorable safety profile and clinical pharmacokinetics consistent with preclinical predictions, with tumor PK data expected in late Q4 2026 or early Q1 2027 and first efficacy data anticipated in H1 2027.
